Print Patch Hats
With a variety of shapes and sizes, we can print images, logos, and pretty much any design directly onto a patch. This technique is a bit more cost effective than embroidered or other patch options and still looks great. We can do these for anywhere between $15 and $25 depending on hat style.
Hat #1 - When my brother was diagnosed with cancer in his sinuses this past winter, I decided one way I could help was to sell a hat as a fundraiser and send him and his family the profits. 180 hats later, we raised $2,300 and people got a cool hat to wear in support. I took the horizon from their favorite campsite in Steamboat CO, Pearl Lake, added some Ted Lasso "Believe," and painted his initials into the mountains. This Richardson 168 seven panel hat was a huge success. Even though it is a "flat bill," the crown isn't so huge so it still fit most people's heads and people loved being able to show support in this way from across the country. We would be happy to do this for you too if you have someone in need.
Hat #2 - My friend was gifted the nickname as Ike in middle school, and he created his own logo back in the day. It only seemed fitting to make him a hat. We made only 1 of these. We created a similar logo in illustrator to his original and printed it onto a patch before pressing it on this Richardson Umpqua rope hat.
Hat #3 - Gag anniversary gift gone right! Who wouldn't want a picture of their hubby on a hat! This is an Otto foam trucker and looks fantastic. If not your sexy hubby, almost any photograph would look good on these patches.
