Vinyl designs make really clean finished products. The finish is smooth and takes on the texture of the hat. Typically this is just a one color process but two could possibly be put together. We can do these hats for $15-$25 a piece depending on the hat style and size of the order.

We worked with Raw Style Apparel who make very high quality merino wool cycling jerseys. If you mountain bike, you definitely need one of these jerseys in your wardrobe. We both ride in them. John is a friend of ours so we got together to make a few hats. Using his logo, we cut out the vinyl and pressed it on the hat and the design really pops.

My daughters do gymnastics at The Wings Center here in Boise and I needed some gear to wear to their meets. I liked the look of the Raw Style so much I copied the idea over. 

The Flying Beavers are a couple of college buds who have been playing at hoopfest for the past 25 years. They needed some hats for themselves, wives and kids so we went bold on the otto foam truckers and were a hit.
